When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Pre-order items will ship according to the release date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective media within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, opened items that are not defective cannot be returned.

How can I track my package?

My vinyl arrived damaged. What should I do?
